Empower Life Coaching
A 12-month in-home coaching intensive designed to empower individuals and families to overcome barriers and to achieve dreams in every area of their lives.
Leadership Development
Organic community support groups where parents mature as leaders, build community resilience, confront social isolation, pool resources, and build lasting friendships through both joy and sorrow.
Rise Business Accelerator
A 16 week educational intensive designed to equip urban, minority and women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools and skills they need to turn their business ideas into tangible reality.
InnovateU
An in-school Creative Thinking and Leadership Development program fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, an attitude of kindness, and the belief in unlimited possibility.

I never knew that finding playgroup was going to be the best thing that happened to my daughter and I. I have never felt so welcomed anywhere before. The day I arrived, Kim welcomed both my daughter and I with open arms. Amaya soon began to develop many friendships, but little did I know, so did I. My daughter has been able to develop so many skills being surrounded by children of all ages. Suddenly I started to learn so much about my community and the many resources that were available to my family and I. I had found a village that was willing to make sure I had everything I needed to continue to grow and succeed.
Home visitation was the biggest blessing. I made a friend for life. She became like family. I learned so much about what was available in the community. I learned about the development of my son. I learned to have more confidence in life and in raising my son. It just takes one person to believe in you to make changes. Through home visiting I was able to control my anxiety of being a mother and a homeowner.
